Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • To request a return, contact us with your order number and product photos.

Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer

  • Personal care items

  • Items marked as non-returnable

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
